List of streets and their status
This shows which streets are adopted and eligible for
maintenance at the public expense, which
are subject to or awaiting Section 38 Agreements
and which are Private. Also included are roads that are
Classified.
List of streets
The list of streets (link below) will be kept up to date with
streets that change status. The list is colour coded as
follows
- light blue for those adopted
- light green for those subject to a Section 38 Agreement
- cream for those awaiting a Section 38
- orange for private streets
A section 38 Agreement gives the highway authority
the power to adopt a street by agreement.
