Health impact review

As part of the continuing close partnership between Peterborough City Council and Peterborough Primary Care Trust the latest review of the local transport plan looks at the specific health impacts resulting from the range of transport projects in Peterborough.  It is the first time that a formal review of this type has been carried out and there has been specialist input from both transportation and public health perspectives.

The recommendations outlined in this report will be used to ensure that transport interventions with positive local health impacts are sustained and those with negative impacts are re-evaluated. For any comments or questions on the health impact review please contact the Travelchoice team on (01733) 747474 or email  travelchoice@peterborough.gov.uk.
