Operating services
There are four main train operators providing services
from Peterborough station.
East Coast provides
high-speed inter-city train services along the East Coast Main Line
between London, Peterborough, Yorkshire, the North East and
Scotland.
First Capital
Connect provides a slower and cheaper service between
Peterborough and London.
East Midland Trains
provide cross country services along the following routes:
- Liverpool - Manchester - Sheffield - Nottingham - Grantham -
Peterborough - March - Ely - Cambridge or Norwich
- Peterborough - Spalding - Sleaford - Lincoln - Doncaster
Cross Country Trains
provide services along the following route:
- Birmingham - Nuneaton - Leicester - Melton Mowbray - Oakham -
Stamford - Peterborough - March - Ely - Cambridge - Stansted
Airport
National Express East
Anglia provide services along the following routes:
- Whittlesey -March - Ely - Bury St Edmunds - Stowmarket -
Ipswich
