The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 require us to produce an Authorities' Monitoring Report to inform the public about the implementation of the local development scheme which sets out the timetable for the production of local development policies.
Housing Delivery Test
Following the adoption of the Peterborough Local Plan (July 2019) the council requested that central government re-calculate the results of the Housing Delivery Test (HDT) (at Febuaray 2019). The results are set out in the following document. This shows that the council's HDT result is 101% and therefore there is no requirement to prepare an action plan.
The National Planning Policy Framework requires us to identify and update annually a supply of specific deliverable sites sufficient to provide five years worth of housing land.

The Local Plan was adopted on 24 July 2019
The National Planning Policy Framework requires Mineral Planning Authorities to plan for a steady and adequate supply of aggregates. This report seeks to identify the levels of aggregate provision within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
