Beer Festival and University of the Third Age keep Mayor busy

Tuesday 23 August: The Mayor will attend the first day of the 39th annual Beer Festival at the Embankment, Embankment Road, Peterborough between 2.45pm and 4.15pm.  

Thursday 25 August: The Mayor will attend the Peterborough U3A Activities Day.  The University of the Third Age is an organisation for people to get involved in social, cultural and educational activities. Peterborough U3A was founded in 1992 and has over 2,700 members and runs over 130 activities, which may be academic, cultural, social or physical. 

The event is to showcase activities available for members and new members and will take place at The Fleet Community Centre, Fleet Way, Peterborough. The Mayor will visit the event between 11am and 12 noon.
