Cathedral carol services and Christmas parties keep the Mayor busy this week

Carol services at Peterborough Cathedral and Christmas parties across the city are among the dates in the diary for the Mayor of Peterborough this coming week.

Thursday, 7 December - The Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress will attend a nativity performance at Dogsthorpe Infants School in Central Avenue, PE1 4LH from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.

Friday, 8 December - The Mayor, Mayoress, Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress will attend the Family Voice Festive Dinner and participate in an awards presentation at Peterborough Business Park in Lynch Wood, PE2 6FZ from 6.45pm to 11pm.

Saturday, 9 December - The Mayor and Mayoress will attend the Peterborough Area Downs Syndrome Group Christmas Party at Happy Faces in Lincoln Road, PE6 7JR from 11am to noon. This will be a party for the younger members of the group and their families. 

Saturday, 9 December - The Mayor and Mayoress will attend the Christmas lights switch-on at Ortongate Shopping Centre from 3.30pm to 4.15pm.

Sunday, 10 December - The Mayor and Mayoress will attend the Northants and Hunts Mason Carol Service at Peterborough Cathedral from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

Monday, 11 December - The Mayor, Mayoress, Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress will attend a Cathedral Carol Service at Peterborough Cathedral from 6.45pm to 8pm.

Tuesday, 12 December - The Mayor and Mayoress will attend the Peterborough School Carol Service at Peterborough Cathedral from 6.45pm to 9pm.

Wednesday, 13 December - The Mayor and Mayoress will attend the Hope into Action Christmas Party at Club Caliente, Saltersgate, PE1 4YL from 11.30am to 1pm. 

Wednesday, 13 December - The Mayor, Mayoress, Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress will attend the Werrington Social Group for tea and to hand out raffle prizes. The event will take place at Werrington Village Hall, Church Street, Werrington, from 2.15pm to 4.30pm.
