A Duke of Edinburgh presentation evening and the Crowland Christmas lights switch-on are among the dates in the mayoral diary this week.
Tuesday 29 November - The Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress will open a charity Christmas tree festival at the Salvation Army, 1203 Bourges Boulevard, Peterborough, at 6pm.
Tuesday 29 November - The Mayor will welcome guests to an event to celebrate 100 years of service to Peterborough by St John Ambulance at the Reception Room, Town Hall, at 7.15pm.
Wednesday 30 November - The Mayor will present certificates and badges at a Duke of Edinburgh presentation evening at the Reception Room, Town Hall, at 6pm.
Thursday 1 December - The Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress will open Christmas activities at Park Vista Nursing Home, 15 Park Crescent, Peterborough at 11am.
Friday 2 December - The Mayor will countdown to the start of a 24-hour charity challenge by 158 Regiment RLC to cover the distance of 24 marathons using two gym treadmills and a gym bike. The event will take place at Serpentine Green Shopping Centre, Hampton at 2.45pm.
Saturday 3 December - The Mayor will help switch on the Christmas lights in the centre of Crowland at 5pm.
Sunday 4 December - The Mayor will welcome guests to the Colours of Lithuania family Christmas celebration at the Reception Room at the Town Hall, at 1pm.
Sunday 4 December - The Mayor will attend a Bollywood book launch for local Indian chef Parveen Ashraf at the Orangery at Orton Hall Hotel, Orton Longueville, at 7pm.
Sunday 4 December - The Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress will attend Classical Reflection's Christmas concert at the Marriott Hotel at 7.15pm.
