Have a spooky time at mayor's Halloween Ball

Residents are being offered the chance to dig out their scariest fancy dress and enjoy an evening of good food and spooky dancing at the Mayor of Peterborough's Halloween Ball.

Tickets are available for the event which takes place at The Bull Hotel on Westgate, Peterborough, on Saturday 29 October at 6.45pm.

The dress code is black tie although guests are invited to attend in fancy dress if they want to.

Musical entertainment for the evening is being provided by The Airwaves.

Tickets cost £45 for a three course meal and all proceeds will go to the mayor’s chosen charities which are Motor Neurone Disease Association, Royal Air Force Association and the Salvation Army Good Neighbours Scheme.

The Mayor of Peterborough, Councillor David Sanders, said: “The Halloween Ball promises to be a fun-filled evening with the chance to enjoy a delicious meal followed by dancing with a live band.

"I'm looking forward to everyone getting into the spirit of the occasion and seeing some fantastic costumes."
