Opening of new city business and a family fun day are in the Mayor's Diary

The opening of a new business in Peterborough and a family fun day are among the dates in the Mayoral Diary this coming week.

Thursday, 30 August - The Mayor, Mayoress, Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress will attend the opening of a new business in the city. Patatam is a French online retailer, which specialises in selling 'pre-loved' women's and children's clothing. The mayoral group will visit its newly opened UK operations centre in Centurion Business Centre, Sturrock Way, PE3 8YF from 1.55pm to 2.30pm.

Saturday, 1 September - The Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress will attend a family fun day with council workers, the police and the local mosque at Central Park in Peterborough from noon to 1.30pm.

Saturday, 1 September - The Mayor and Mayoress will attend a production of The Magic of the Musicals, a performance in aid of the Little Miracles charity at Vivacity's Key Theatre from 7.15pm to 10pm.

Monday, 3 September - The Mayor, Mayoress, Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress will join the Royal British Legion in flying the Red Ensign, the official flag of the UK Merchant Navy outside Town Hall in Bridge Street from 10am to 11am.
