Supplier registration and login

ProContract is the E-Sourcing tool which has been used by the council since April 2021. Suppliers can use ProContract to:

  • Participate in Tenders and Requests for Quotes

Registering your organisation

You can register your organisation with ProContract quickly and easily for free today. Please:

  1. Visit the ProContract registration page and follow the instructions to open an account.
  1. If you encounter any issues with your registration, please contact the ProContract Helpdesk via email suppliersupport@proactis.com or call 0844 543 4580.

Registration ensures your organisation is identifiable to the Procurement team and presents you with the best opportunity to work with the council. Once registered, you will be able to search and view all active tenders and requests for quotations which the council publish.

Registering as a supplier to the Council

You can only register as a council supplier if you have participated in a tender or competition and been successful, or if a service area of the council has contacted you directly to place an order for your goods, works or services.

If the above applies to you, you will automatically be sent a registration form by the Buying Support team asking you for your company details. This allows you to be set up on the council’s BACS payment system and for a Purchase Order to be raised.

If you have not yet been successful in a Procurement activity, or contacted directly regarding an order, but your organisation is still interested in becoming a council supplier, please routinely check the Supply Opportunities page and the ProContract system for details of active supply opportunities.

Change of existing supplier details

Existing suppliers can email their contact in payments@peterborough.org.uk to change any of the following details:

  • Registered address
  • Account/payment details
  • Registered company name
  • VAT number

You will then receive communication and a simple form from the Buying Support team that will guide you through the process of getting your details updated on the council payments system.
