National Citizen Service

The council has worked with National Citizen Service (NCS) since 2013, delivering the life-changing experience for young people in Peterborough.

We have worked with over 1,400 teenagers, helping them to realise their potential and smash their future goals and have a lot of fun along the way!

National Citizen Service local community experiences

Do you want to have a positive impact in your local area, meet new people and learn new skills?

Our community experiences are taking place all over the Peterborough, giving young people the opportunity to take part in regular activities in their local area.

Some will be one-offs, while others will be regular events. But each local community experience is long enough to learn new skills, meet new people, make a positive difference in your local area, and have fun with your friends! It’ll look great on your CV too!
