Statement of Licensing Policy and Cumulative Impact Assessment statutory consultation

The Statement of Licensing Policy including the Cumulative Impact Policy (Section 12) and the published Cumulative Impact Assessment are subject to review and consultation for determination prior to January 2021. 

The consultation will run from 19 August 2020 to 14 October 2020, further information can be found below.

Your views and comments are invited, on the overarching Statement of Licensing Policy and the Cumulative Impact Policy and Assessment. Your responses will assist the council to determine the Policy and establish if the current cumulative impact policy and assessment, are still relevant to the present day situation in the Millfield New England area known as Op Can Do. This is your opportunity to inform the council about how you are affected positively or negatively, by licensed premises.

All responses will be properly considered along with any supporting statistical and evidential data, prior to determination of the policy.
