Family Hubs are a partnership of local services for children and families from the NHS, the council and community organisations all working together to make sure that every child is Safe, Confident, Resilient and Ready to learn.
Our family hubs bring together multiple organisations into a 'one-stop shop' providing high-quality support support for families with children aged 0-19 or to age 25 for young people with special educational needs.

Ready Steady Grow campaign
On 5 August 2026, we will launch our Ready Steady Grow campaign, which promotes the importance of PLAY!
Playing is vital for 0-5s. It helps them understand the world around them, prepares them to thrive at school, and it’s also lots of fun!
