Notice of Proposals
Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act as amended by the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Schedule 9 Part III of the 1984 Act has made the above Order.

The Council of the City of Peterborough (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Amendment 81 Order 2022.
This is to inform residents of the outcome of a previous consultation and the date that the Legal Order will become enforceable.
This Legal Order will be implemented and legally enforceable on 25 July 2022
