Accessing the Early Help Module (EHM)

To apply for an EHM account, you or someone in your organisation will need to complete the service request in Hornbill, go to the Hornbill section below to complete the next step.

If you already have access to Early Help Module – click on Local Authority link below.

Please note: Firmstep has been replaced by Hornbill. Any open calls or active applications in Firmstep will be reviewed and resolved or moved to the new system.

Hornbill - helpdesk and support

Hornbill is our Helpdesk portal, use it to log requests about the Liquidlogic Early Help Module such as new user requests and unlocking accounts. Please do not contact our Hornbill supplier directly if you have an issue, please select from one of the options below.

Read only access is granted to EHM after the initial request.

Edit access is granted to the Early Help Module after completion of relevant training. Links to the training will be sent to you by email after you have applied for access to EHM via Hornbill.
