Peterborough City Council is carrying out a public consultation from Friday 31 January to Friday 28 February during which time residents, workers and visitors to Peterborough as well as interested parties can have their say on the City Centre Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) and the proposed new and varied conditions. The council would like to extend the City Centre PSPO to be in effect for a further 3 years up to April 2023.

A copy of the Draft Order and map relating to the proposed re-implementation and extension of the existing Order can be found below.

You can have your say by completing the Proposed Re-implementation of the City Centre Public Spaces Protection Order questionnaire.

The consultation questionnaire is a list of questions which relate to each of the proposed conditions for the City Centre PSPO. Any changes or variations to conditions within the existing City Centre PSPO are indicated in underline.
