Notice of Proposals
The Council of the City of Peterborough (Civil Enforcement Area) Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places Amendment No 87 Order 2023.
The proposed legal order consulted on the introduction of various new disabled parking bays throughout the city.
The legal order informs all residents and affected bodies that these disabled parking bays were going to be introduced following the residents' applications.
Notice of Making
Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act as amended by the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Schedule 9 Part III of the 1984 Act has made the above order.
