The Warm Homes Local Grant provides government-funded energy efficiency improvements to help eligible households reduce energy costs and make their homes warmer and more comfortable. The scheme is available to qualifying owner-occupiers and private tenants, subject to eligibility criteria.
Funding update
Due to exceptionally high demand, all available funding for the current financial year has now been fully allocated. We do not expect any further funding to be available until a future phase of the programme is confirmed.
We appreciate that this will be disappointing news for residents who were hoping to access support, particularly during a period of rising energy costs.
