Church Street - Werrington Speed Limit Amendment Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough proposes to make the above mentioned Order under Sections 82(2)(b), 83(2) and 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, ‘the Act of 1984’ and of all other enabling powers. The effect of this Order is to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following roads: 

1. Church Street, Werrington from its junction with Canterbury Road to its junction with The Green.
2. Foxcovert Road from its junction with Fenbridge Road for 290m in a northerly direction.
3. Barnes Way, Barn Close, Pipistrelle Court, Werrington Mews, Chapel Lane, Lancing Close, The Green, Hall Lane, Werrington Park Avenue, Addington Way, Ainsdale Drive, Foxley Close, Birkdale Avenue, Shepherds Close, Fenbridge Road, Crester Drive, Amberley Slope, Cissbury Ring, Storrington Way, The Steynings, Lewes Gardens, The Orchard for their full lengths.
