We are carrying out a public consultation from 26 October 2026 to 22 November 2026 for you to have your say on:
- The proposal to restrict (prohibit) the public right of way at all times at either end of the walkway which runs between 320 Clarence Road and 316 Clarence Road and the car park situated between 618 and 630 Gladstone Street.
- To erect and maintain gates close to enforce the restriction.
- The alternative route for pedestrian access from Clarence Road and Gladstone Street will be along the footpath on Occupation Road and vice versa.
