Consultation on use of Environmental Protection powers in relation to single-use vapes by Trading Standards

We ran an online consultation on our draft Enforcement Guidance which, once approved, will direct our officers on the enforcement of this legislation. This consultation was open until 1 June 2025. We will continue to keep this open beyond the 1 June 2025, post publication, so that we can continue to develop our guidance as appropriate.
