Responses can be made online or in writing.
Paper copies of the proposed gating PSPOs are available on request by emailing antisocialbehaviour@peterborough.gov.uk or by calling 01733 863853.
There are several consultations being conducted during this period, therefore if responding in writing please provide your address details and the street(s) the gating relates to (provided on the draft order and scheduling document), stating the grounds on which your support/disagreement are made.
Please be advised that to date no decisions have been agreed, the council will reconsider its proposals in the light of any responses it receives during the consultation process. If no objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may make the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO). Even if any such representations or objections are made, the Council may nevertheless still make the PSPO if it is appropriate for it to do so and in the interests of the wider community.
