Notice of Intended Disposal of Open Space Land
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Peterborough City Council intends to dispose of land at the Embankment Peterborough. The extent of the land which is to be disposed of is shown edged red on the plan below.
The intended disposal will be by way of a lease.
The notice and plan may be inspected at the reception of Peterborough City Council offices at the Town Hall Bridge Street Peterborough PE1 1HF between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) or may be viewed below.
Any objections or representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Peterborough City Council, Legal Services Department, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY or by email to legal.property@peterborough.gov.uk quoting reference: JG 6110064. Any objections or representations should be received by 28 May 2026.
