Notice is hereby given under section123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Peterborough City Council (the “Council”) intends to dispose of the freehold land known as Laxton Square (the “Land”), consisting of or forming part of open space, which is more particularly described in the Schedule to this notice and shown edged red on the plan (the “Plan”) referred to below.
For the avoidance of any doubt, the Land shall remain public amenity open space after the proposed disposal.
The Plan of the affected Land may be inspected at the reception of the Town Hall, Bridge Street, Peterborough, PE1 1HF Monday to Friday during the hours of 9am to 5pm or may be viewed below.
A copying charge may be payable if copies are required.
Any person who objects to the proposed disposal should set out their objection in writing and send it to the Acting Director of Legal and Governance and Monitoring Officer at Peterborough City Council, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY or by email to legal.property@peterborough.gov.uk
