Peterborough City Council is carrying out a public consultation during which time residents, businesses, community groups and visitors to Peterborough as well as interested parties to have their say for the following Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) for Gating:

- Furze Ride and Welland Road
- Coneygree Road and Scott Close
- Goodacre
- Welland Close

Responses can be made either by email to antisocialbehaviour@peterborough.gov.uk or in writing to:

Paper copies of the proposed gating PSPOs are available on request by emailing antisocialbehaviour@peterborough.gov.uk or by calling 01733 747474.
As there are several consultations being conducted during this period, please provide your address details and the location/order the response relates to (provided on the draft order and scheduling document), stating the grounds on which your support/disagreement are made in your response.
Please be advised that to date no decisions have been agreed, the council will reconsider its proposals in the light of any responses it receives during the consultation process. If no objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may make the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO). Even if any such representations or objections are made, the Council may nevertheless still make the PSPO if it is appropriate for it to do so and in the interests of the wider community.
