We have launched a consultation inviting members of the public to comment on our proposed Section 40 Biodiversity Report. The report outlines how we will take action to achieve our biodiversity duties as required by Government.
The report contains our proposed biodiversity duty policies and proposed actions on how these can be achieved. We will update it on an annual basis, adding details of progress taken to achieve policy measures, revising actions for the coming year and updating the report with details of the implementation of Biodiversity Net Gain.
