Traffic regulation order - disabled bays 2026

The council of the city of Peterborough (civil enforcement area) (waiting restrictions and street parking places) disabled bays January 2026

Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough proposes to make the above mentioned order under Section 45(1) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, ‘the Act of 1984’ and of all other enabling powers.

This order will amend and make further parking restrictions to the Council of the City of Peterborough (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) order 2013 to the extent only as set out below.  In all other respects the above Order and its previous amendments remain in force.  

It is proposed to amend parking restrictions as shown below:

1. Adderley – Opposite No.12
2. Eyrescroft – Outside 49
3. Parliament Street – Outside 26
4. Montagu Road – Outside 84
5. Bringhurst – Outside 159
6. Odecroft – Rear of 59
7. Sheepwalk – Outside 121
8. Welland Road – Outside 229-235
9. Northfield Road – Outside 87
10. Oldbrook – Outside 83
11. Priory Road – Outside 87
12. Church Street – Werrington – Outside 31
13. Winyates – Outside 30 & 77
14. Harris Street – Outside 80-82
15. Cromwell Road – Opposite 191
16. Gilpin Street – Outside 44
17. Brendon Garth – Next to 57 Paston Ridings
18. Oldfield – Rear 16
19. Bourges Boulevard – Outside 904
20. Wingfield – Outside 43
