Notice of proposal - the council of the city of Peterborough (civil enforcement area (waiting restrictions and street parking places) disabled bays October 2026
Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 45(1) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, ‘the Act of 1984’ and of all other enabling powers.
This Order will amend and make further parking restrictions to the Council of the City of Peterborough (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2013 to the extent only as set out below. In all other respects the above Order and its previous amendments remain in force.
The effect of this proposal is to introduce and amend parking controls in streets in the city and surrounding areas to install/remove disabled bays. A list of the locations is detailed below:
