The council of the city of Peterborough (civil enforcement area) (waiting restrictions and street parking places) amendment - various roads 37 2026
Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough proposes to make the above mentioned Order under Section 45(1), 2(2c) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, ‘the Act of 1984’ and of all other enabling powers.
This Amendment Order will amend and make further parking restrictions to the Council of the City of Peterborough (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2013 to the extent only as set out below. In all other respects the above Order and its previous amendments remain in force.
It is proposed to amend parking restrictions as shown below:
Install:
- Bourges Boulevard – opposite to 1076 to 1038
- Parliament Street – Outside 66
- Cherryfields – Between 21 & 8
- Century Square – Various locations
- Warbon Avenue – Junction with Lynton Road
- Cromwell Road – Outside 284
- Canterbury Road – Limited waiting and Disabled bays
- Fulbridge Road – Between 543 & 505
- Buckthorn Road – Junction of Hedda Drive & Hargate Way
- Ripon Close – Next to 54 Canterbury Road
- Four Chimneys – Outside 49, 1-12
- Church Street Stanground – Between 18-42
- Glebe Road – Opposite 89
- Loch Lomond Way – Between junction of Skye Close and Dundee Court
- Northminster – Junction into Northminster House
Reduce/revoke:
- Cromwell Road – Reduce double yellow line both sides by approximately 7 meters at junction of Taverners Road
