Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough proposes to make the above mentioned Order under Section 45(1), 2(2c) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, ‘the Act of 1984’ and of all other enabling powers.
This Order will make new parking restrictions to the Council of the City of Peterborough (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2013 to the extent only as set out below. In all other respects the above Order and its previous amendments remain in force.
It is proposed to install parking restrictions at the locations shown below:
- Adlington Close
- Berrington View
- Brodie Place
- Chalice Close
- Clovelly Drive
- Emmetts Grove
- Harmony Grove
- Hartland Avenue
- Kentwell Road
- Rosewood Way
- Waterhouse Way
- Westbury Drive
