Local authority members and local health organisation leaders work together to improve local health and wellbeing through the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Health & Wellbeing Board (HWB).
The key strategies and assessments that we produce are available below:
- Pharmaceutical need assessments (PNA). This assesses the sufficiency of Pharmacy service across the area, and is used to help determine applications made for new pharmacies. A new one was published in 2025.
- Joint Strategic needs Assessments (JSNAs). We have produced needs assessments for many different health topics!
- Health and Wellbeing Strategy (H&WS). This is informed by the JSNAs and other information.
