Every relationship faces challenges from time to time, but frequent conflict in front of children can have a lasting impact on their emotional wellbeing and family life.

To support parents in building healthier communication and stronger co-parenting relationships, Peterborough Family Hubs are offering a series of online workshops this October.

The workshops are designed for parents who would like to improve communication with their partner or ex-partner, helping them to manage disagreements more positively and create a more supportive environment for their children.

Delivered online via Microsoft Teams, each course consists of two workshop sessions, giving parents practical tips and strategies they can use in everyday life.

Whether you are currently in a relationship or navigating co-parenting after separation, the workshops provide a safe and supportive space to develop skills that can benefit the whole family.
