The process for applying for a primary or secondary school place for September 2027 will launch on 11 September 2026.
Please note: This process only applies to those who wish to make a change to an existing Reception, Year 3 or Year 7 application that has already been submitted.

You must also not use the form or process on this page below to make changes to an in-year application or for a transfer between schools.
You may use this form to make changes to a Reception, Year 3 or Year 7 application for September 2027 once your application has been submitted and downloaded.
For Reception and Year 3 applications, any amendments received by midnight on 15 January 2027 will be considered in the 16 April 2027 allocation. Any submitted after this deadline will be processed in May 2027. Any received after this date will be processed on a monthly basis.
For Year 7 applications, any amendments received by midnight on 31 October 2026 for Year 7 for September 2027 will be considered in the 1 March 2027 allocation. Any submitted between 1 November 2026 and 31 March 2027 will be processed by 30 April 2027. Any received after this date will be processed on a monthly basis.
Please be aware that any revised preferences submitted using this form will take precedence over any previous preferences submitted on any existing applications, including if you have been offered a place, submit new preferences and your new preference does not list a previous offered school. Where we are able to offer one of your revised preferences, it will cancel any previous offer made.
Do not use this form to make a new application for a school place, you can make a new application using the school admissions process.
