Middleholme, located in the east of the city centre, is brownfield land made up of a former landfill site and other disused land including a former car park.
We are bringing forward the redevelopment of the 41-acre site to create more than 350 new homes.
Our vision for the area is to create a sustainable housing development, improved riverside access, and pedestrian links, supporting our growing city while delivering high-quality living spaces near the Embankment.
Middleholme represents a major opportunity to regenerate an under-utilised prime site, transforming it into a vibrant residential community.
The site is part of the current Local Plan.
