In 2015, a £120 million redevelopment of Fletton Quays received planning permission. The site overlooks the River Nene near the Embankment.
The Peterborough Investment Partnership manages Fletton Quays. It is a joint venture between Peterborough City Council and the Lucent Strategic Land Fund.
The following new developments are due to open later this year:
- 450 apartments
- A multi-storey car park
- Two cafes
- A gym
- Hilton Garden Inn Hotel
Peterborough City Council uses the Sand Martin House offices on the site. 1,000 workers will soon join us in the Government Hub.
