Planning Approval
Prior Approval applications are only applicable to certain developments within the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Rights) Order 2015 (As amended).
All Prior Approval applications require an application form, planning fee and site plan. Any further matters for consideration under Prior Approval vary dependant on each class and therefore please review the most recent legislation to determine the essential information required for the application.
