Non-Material Amendment - Section 96A (PF34)

This form should be used to make an application for a non-material amendment(s) to an existing planning permission.

Following a grant of planning permission, it may be necessary to make amendments to the permission. Where these are non-material, this form can be used to apply. Whether or not a proposed amendment is non-material will depend on the circumstances of the case, a change which may be non-material in one case could be material in another.

All drawings must be to an appropriate scale, usually 1:100 and with a scale bar or metric measurements included.
