Prior Notification - agricultural or forestry development - fish tank or cage (PF19)

Introduction

Prior Notification form should be used for proposals to carry out certain agricultural and forestry developments permitted under Parts 6 and 7 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995.

You can either use the application form or provide a full written description of the proposed development, including details of the materials to be used and dimensions in metric.

  • identifies the land to which the application relates;
  • identifies the proposed position of the fish tank
  • is drawn to an identified scale;
  • shows the direction of north
  • and includes a scale bar.
